ABOUT US
Tender Rock Foundation (EIN: 39-3653533) is a Washington-registered private foundation (with 501(c)(3) recognition) established by the founder, Shin-Lu (Mark) Liu, in 2025. It is a Christian-based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the community — including both Christians and non-Christians — through compassion and faith-driven actions in Christ.
Our work is rooted in two core purposes:
- Stewardship of God’s Wealth – We believe all resources originate from God, and we are called to manage and invest them faithfully in ways that reflect His deep desire for reconciliation with people He loves.
- Honoring and carrying forward the legacy of Yung-Pai Hsu Liu — the founder’s beloved wife, whose life, character, and simple faith continue to shape and inspire the Foundation’s mission even after her passing.
