Shin-Lu (Mark) Liu
Board President
Originally from Taiwan, Mark brings over four decades of professional experience spanning real estate construction and development, as well as mental health counseling with a focus on marriage and family therapy. He is fluent in both English and Chinese and brings strong cross-cultural competence to both professional and community settings.

Tai-Ling (Danni) Shen
Secretary /Treasurer
Danni is a born-again Christian whose faith guides her life and work. She holds a B.S. degree in Information Engineering and Computer Science from Feng Chia University in Taiwan.
Before relocating to Washington State, USA, she spent 13 years in the field of Sales and Marketing within SGS’s International Certification division. Currently, she functions as the Office Manager and provides IT support at Tender Rock Counseling since 2013.
She is a person of many interests, and finds joy in traveling with her camera, painting, biking and playing table tennis.
Hui-Chuan (Jennifer) Wong
Board Member
Jennifer has been a devoted follower of Jesus since her childhood in Taiwan. A resident of the USA for over 40 years, she is deeply passionate about community service, notably having served as the Treasurer for BSF International for several years. In her personal time, she finds joy in singing, traveling, cooking, and gardening.
Education & Credentials:
-BS in Banking and Insurance, Ming Chuan University, Taiwan.
-Professional Background: Long-term career in the mortgage industry; currently working as a licensed Mortgage Consultant.
-Education Leadership: Founder and former Principal of a Chinese School in Hawaii.
